Shipping time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times

Canada: 2-10 business days

United States: 5-15 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

In the case of suspected lost mail, a term of at least 4 weeks must pass before I consider an item as lost, as well as all attempts to locate the item must be completed before I will issue a refund or send a replacement.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

- Custom or personalized orders

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

- Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  Please contact me as soon as possible that you would like a refund/return so I can provide you with proper packaging and shipping instructions.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require payment before production of your item will begin.

Because of the nature of custom items, they cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of damage.

Items considered to be custom:

- Personalized with a name, date or other unique saying

- altered the original pattern to a custom size

- otherwise unsaleable to other customers

Cancellations may incur a fee if materials have already been cut and are unusable. Fees are at my discretion.

Terms and conditions

All items are made by me. All items made are original patterns by me unless stated otherwise. I have a smoke free home, which I share with my cat, who I try to keep away from my products but cannot guarantee that no pet hair will get on the products.

My items are not intended for use by infants or young children.  

 I strive for a quality and durable product however, we cannot guarantee the durability of our product outside the means of normal wear and tear.
